Peter was very kind when he welcomed us, as was Beatriz. They were attentive to us. The house is in an excellent location. It's a house for large families and is very comfortable and beautiful. Everything was very organized. If you're going to Cancun, this is the best place to stay. The house is very safe.

Great spot for a few days. Host was able to meet me at the airbnb to show me around and teach me how to use the locks and so fourth

einfach nur wow. mehr kann man eigentlich nicht sagen. peter und Beatriz haben uns immer geholfen und es gab genug Situationen. sie waren immer ansprechbar haben extra für uns eine Spülmaschine angebracht es war einfach nur super. Auch extra Putzservice wurde dazugebucht ohne irgendwelche Anstände. Wir empfehlen jedem dahin zu gehen. Wirklich einfach nur super!!!

Nos encantó! Todo lindo , todo limpio , todo ordenado y todo lo necesario ! Dormimos como en casa , también preparamos desayuno un día y tenía todo lo necesario hasta sal y pimienta gracias por eso 🙌🏻 La cama superrrr cómoda y el baño amplio y reluciente . Agradecemos mucho nuestra estancia ahí

Increíble experiencia en Cancún! Desde el momento que llegamos, la casa nos dejó sin palabras. Espaciosa, moderna y perfectamente ubicada, fue el escenario ideal para nuestras vacaciones con amigos. Los colchones eran sumamente cómodos, asegurando un descanso perfecto después de días llenos de aventuras y diversión. Lo que realmente hizo nuestra estancia excepcional fue la atención de nuestro anfitrión, Peter. I will say this with complete confidence you will never find a better AirBnb at a price point like this it was an amazing 🤩 stay. Really nice and spacious and felt comfortable and safe the entire trip. Walked to a nice festival on the strip and had a blast! 🫶🏽 will be definitely booking again

Despite its unassuming exterior, this accommodation surprised us with its beautifully remodeled interior. The place looked more like a high-end hotel room than the modest building we initially approached. It’s quite small but perfectly organized and was more than sufficient for a one-night stay. My girlfriend was initially skeptical, thinking we were in the wrong neighborhood, until the host confirmed our location with pictures. Although the neighborhood seemed out of place due to the upscale interior, it was quiet and felt safe. I booked this spot last minute at the airport, needing just a place to crash before our trip to Tulum. The availability of a washer and dryer was a deciding factor over other local hotel options, as I needed to do some laundry. While it’s not a destination for a honeymoon, it's ideal for a quick stop with friends. The host was notably responsive and accommodating, which made our brief stay smooth and hassle-free.

This is a gem of a listing. For those looking to be more part of the local holiday lifestyle and away from the hotel strip, this is an ideal location. The building complex is excellent, with a fantastic pool system, gym, courts etc. The unit is spacious, with lovely views, generously sized bedrooms and tasteful furniture & decor. The location is in a very safe area, within walking distance to restaurants and great shopping. There is a good community vibe in the marina area, making it easy for walks and solo runs. Our hosts were top-notch, quick to respond to any question and able to come to the unit to assist with any request. We would not hesitate to recommend this listing to our friends.
